“Thy Grace is my sufficiency in all things.” Corinthians
When thinking back on 2014 and all the gifts of Spirit I feel I received that statement as been the most life changing for me. Through that statement I have gained a degree of understanding in my Christhood that I have never known. My eyes have been opened to love, life and the power of supply in ways that I cannot count. First, I have been more often been able to see the “I” that “I am” and really get the truth in that statement. Next there is a greater appreciation for prayer and the power behind it, and in it as a tool to gratitude and as we all know gratitude unlocks our consciousness and allows God to flow more freely in our everyday life. Finally, it helped me to see how the things of the world are only the “appearances” of Gods rightful ideas.
Grace is everything we need and a major Truth to know in order to live a Christed, peaceful, and abundant life. “Thy Grace is my sufficiency,” that statement tells it all. When we seek Gods grace, what we seek is the truth about everything aspect of life and how Gods love translates those aspects into our world. It is the answer to every question. To sit still, and be in our grace, stops the human illusional thoughts thus bringing us into the present, the now of who we are.
If we understood that grace is the umbrella, the thing that covers us at all times, we would understand that we need not pray for any-thing. Money, health, love, peace, etc… are the appearances of God’s grace therefore to pray for things is to pray for illusions but to ask that Gods grace be revealed to us in any given situation will bring to pass what God desires for us and in ways we could never imagine. As we give and receive we are not giving material things but instead in reality we are giving different degrees of grace.
When I was writing “Mother Mary and the Undoing Process” Mary repeatedly talked to me about grace but for some reason I didn’t understand, I had some type of block to it. Why? I still don’t know. I talked to people all the time asking them what grace was and I listened hoping to gain some deeper insight to what the Mother was speaking of. Maybe I was getting it on some deep level, I mean deep, so deep I still couldn’t see it. However, now I feel very confident in what the Grace is about.
Example, a few weeks ago I bought a gentlemen in the car behind me a coffee drink and felt good about it. Then I gave a homeless guy some money on the side of the freeway. Both of these little gestures felt good to do. I thought “these souls are Christ, and the money is really Gods so why not share it”. Then as I was driving to work one day I was repeating the statement “thy Grace is my sufficiency” and God spoke to me and said “did you really give them coffee or money? No you gave them grace” and at that moment it became so clear that no matter what we give in the human world in reality we are giving and sharing Gods grace. I gave them grace, and only grace, not money, not food, not even a kind thought because behind all we do, say, and are, is the grace of God and that is enough.
As I said before my understanding of prayer changed and now when I pray, all I can pray for is that God come forth from within me and reveal His grace to me. If I feel lacking in any way such as money, health, love, life or anything that reflects my thoughts of separation I need only realize I am only feeling separate or disconnected from my Father and I must stop for a moment and reconnect to the grace that I am created from.
“Seek ye first the kingdom and all else will follow” The kingdom of God is within us and grace a door way to the truth of our Being. Therefore, each day I start by acknowledging that Gods grace is enough and I ask that more of it be shown me so that I may show my brothers and sisters the unwavering grace of our Father. I believe the greatest thing we can do in this realm of consciousness, this life, is to be a testimony of Gods goodness and by knowing and living in His grace we offer grace to our brothers and sisters. We step out of fear and walk in the light of all that is good and perfect casting no shadow but instead emitting only light.
For this New Year I bless you all, that you to will seek and find the grace from which you are created and as you do you will watch how the appearance of fear and lack in this world dissipate into the nothingness it is. Grace breeds life, love and true spiritual bliss. May the bliss always be yours.
My dear friend Linda wrote a wonderful book back in the 80’s using inspiration and the scriptures to show us how important being in the Now is. It recently went through another reprinting and available through Amazon and Kindle. I found it so helpful in a very stressful time I went through so I want to share it with others. I hope you enjoy it!
